                                                                                     Kirat Karo (work is worship)

Guru Nanak Dev’s message of ‘kirat karna, wand chakna, naam japna’ is as relevant in modern society as it was during his time. The basic message is still valid for the well being of humankind.Work is worship and all people should be productive members of a society, by contributing through work. No work is small. The artist depicts this with a twist, including modern day work symbols.

This series is going to be part of  the Exhibitions in Nov. 2019 at Kala Sangam gallery Bradford,UK. , Faiz Art Festival, Lahore, San Jose Gurudwara & Sikhlens, LA. Presently  one is part of the  first Contemporary Sikh Art Exhibition at Triton Museum of Santa Clara CA. showing till Nov. 3.
